· Proactively surveying the Ward to fix looming issues before they get out of control.
· Working to increase the amenities that residents want to see in the 21st Ward Increasing the number of block clubs in the Ward.
Increased Development
· Increasing the number of new and rehabbed units.
· Creating a plan for development in the Ward.
· Working to increase homeownership in the Ward.
Education
· Focusing on increasing skills-based education and vocational training.
· Making sure that public schools are equitably funded.
· Ensuring that CPS provides the programs that will increase enrollment at the local neighborhood schools.
